All Sales Final on Consumable Goods
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any consumable items, including pre-roll cones, wraps, or similar goods. This policy ensures product safety, hygiene, and quality for all customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Include the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once we review your claim, we’ll let you know if a replacement or store credit is applicable.
Apparel & Merch
Returns or exchanges for apparel and branded merchandise are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
